Giveaways are free to enter. Members apply reward points towards prizes to win them, and earning reward points is a free activity on our platform.

Common prizes include free products and pledge reimbursements from live crowdfunding campaigns, ecommerce coupons, cash, and more.

Yes. Giveaways will be open on our Club for a limited period of time, usually 2 days to 2 weeks. Once they close, we draw the winners and notify them.

First, it's important to note that we currently have 2 prize winning strategies: raffle and claimable. Raffle prizes are explained in more detail at this help article while claimable prizes are described in this help article. We'll include a brief summary here:

For our raffled prizes, members will commit reward points to the prize while the giveaway is open. Once the giveaway closes, we randomly select the winners. However, the more reward points a member commits to the prize, the better their chances are of winning it. For example, a member that commits 90 points to a raffled prize has 10x the odds of winning it over a different member that only committed 9 points to the same prize.

Our claimable prizes do not require any luck to win them. Instead, they require a certain number of reward points to purchase, or "claim", and as long as a member has enough reward points in their account (and the prize isn't already sold out), that member can immediately purchase the prize.

Technically speaking, yes, a member can win multiple prizes for a single giveaway. However, if multiple prizes represent a similar thing (for example, one prize is for a 50% discount on a crowdfunding project and the other prize is a 10% discount for the same thing), we will ensure the same person doesn't win both. If this happens, we remove the less valuable entry and select a new winner so that more people can win goodies. We will mention in the description of a prize if a person is eligible to win multiple prizes within the same giveaway.
